Industrial Sewer

Location: Elkhart, IN
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime possible on Fridays)
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour, based on experience + $1/hr attendance bonus for perfect weekly attendance

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking an Industrial Sewer to join our team in Elkhart, IN. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping manufacture high-quality seatbelts and restraint systems used across a variety of industries. This position offers a consistent 4/10 schedule with regular 3-day weekends, providing excellent work-life balance while building a long-term manufacturing career.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Industrial Sewer, your core responsibilities will include:
-Operating industrial sewing equipment: Sew seatbelts, restraint systems, and related safety products according to quality and production standards.
-Inspecting and maintaining product quality: Monitor stitching, material alignment, and finished products to ensure accuracy and durability.
-Supporting production operations: Work closely with production staff to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily manufacturing goals.
-In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all safety procedures, and assist with assembly-related tasks as needed.
