Job description

Global LT provides scalable language training, cultural competence workshops, expatriate relocation support, and custom-built learning experiences. We are hiring an experienced Cross-Cultural Trainer to facilitate cross-cultural training sessions about Morocco for our client's employees.
Job Information:

  • In-person cross-cultural training sessions for 4 groups of 25 employees
  • One day of training per group, 4 to 8 hours each group
  • A specific schedule is yet to be confirmed; start date projected by the end of August
  • Support sessions of 2 - 4 hours after first training
  • Deep cross-cultural training for employees who will be expatriated in Morocco
Responsibilities:
  • Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging sessions
  • Delivering personalized programs that address business, social, and the skills needed to achieve cultural competence
  • Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English 
  • Knowledge of the cultural adjustment cycle and adaptation
  • Previous experience in providing cross-cultural training related to Morocco
  • Trainers have either a degree in Intercultural Communication or be certified in Intercultural Studies or related fields
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to tailor programs based on client's needs assessment
  • Expertise in business, international management, global leadership development, or other related fields is preferred
