Position Information
Posting Number PG195044TM Position Number 11ASO3438 Position Type Temporary Essential Job Duties
 This is an 11-week, 39.5 hr/week position for the summer of 2025. This position is open to recent graduates who graduated within the last year or will graduate in May 2025. The goal of the AEF (Agroecology Education Farm) Recent Graduate Internship program is to provide an immersive experience for a recent college graduate who already has some farming experience and is interested in pursuing farming or farm management as a career. This internship would provide training in higher order management skills that are required to transition from a field crew member to a crew leader or assistant manager. The intern will work closely alongside the farm manager and summer crew members to gain exposure to agroecological farming and to develop basic farm skills necessary for future employment in agriculture. Time will be built into the intern's schedule for professional development in areas decided by the intern and farm manager together. As an intern, you'll be involved in all aspects of farm production along with educational programming.
