Responsibilities
  • Oversee strategic development and execution of federal and state regulatory compliance and product registration strategies
  • Manage and develop a team of regulatory affairs professionals
  • Monitor and analyze evolving federal and state regulations
  • Oversee preparation and submission of EPA FIFRA registrations
  • Manage lifecycle of state-level pesticide actions
  • Develop, track, and execute regulatory timelines for new product launches
  • Oversee the registration and compliance of fertilizer products across states
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Toxicology, or Crop Science
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a regulatory affairs leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing and developing a team of 5-10 direct reports
  • Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships
  • Specific experience registering lawn and garden pesticides, fertilizers, and combination products (desired)
