Role Description The Crop Research Analyst (Specialty Crops) is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to specialty crops, including yield performance, input usage, environmental conditions, and market trends. The analyst will design and execute research projects grounded in extension research and peer-reviewed science, and synthesize findings into clear reports, dashboards, and guidance for growers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, performing statistical analyses, collaborating with agronomists and grower organizations, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
