We are seeking a highly experienced Revenue Operations Manager to serve as a senior individual contributor within the sales organization reporting directly to the CRO. This role is designed for a Salesforce Certified Administrator who combines deep SF reporting and dashboarding technical expertise, exceptional Excel skills, and strong business acumen with the ability to independently own complex initiatives.

This individual will operate as a trusted partner to sales leadership, driving visibility, efficiency, scalability, and Salesforce adoption across the sales organization. The Revenue Operations Manager is expected to proactively identify process gaps, surface insights through data, and design and execute solutions end-to-end. This role carries significant ownership, accountability, and influence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the optimization, performance, scalability, and day-to-day effectiveness of the Salesforce environment
  • Design, build, and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports used directly by the CRO and sales leadership
  • Optimize Salesforce schema, objects, fields, relationships, and permissions to support complex, high-volume data
  • Ensure reporting and analytics align with revenue strategy, sales execution, and management needs
  • Drive Salesforce adoption across the sales organization, ensuring consistent, accurate, and effective usage
  • Partner with sales leadership to define usage standards, required fields, and process compliance
  • Identify adoption gaps, data quality issues, and process breakdowns related to user behavior
  • Develop documentation and deliver targeted enablement and training to improve engagement and data reliability
Data Analysis & Performance Insights
  • Perform deep-dive analysis to support pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, quota attainment, and performance measurement
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and executive-ready reporting
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
Quote-to-Cash (QTC) & Revenue Process Management
  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle, from lead handoff through order processing and handoff to finance or fulfillment
  • Ensure Salesforce and related systems support pricing, discounting, approvals, and revenue recognition requirements
  • Identify and resolve gaps, friction points, and data integrity issues across the QTC process
  • Partner with sales, finance, legal, and operations to ensure end-to-end alignment and efficiency
Process Improvement, Automation & Collaboration
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies, risks, and breakdowns in sales operations, Salesforce usage, and revenue workflows
  • Independently drive initiatives from problem identification through solution design, execution, and optimization
  • Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce automations (flows, approvals, validations) to reduce manual effort and operational risk
  • Serve as a senior point of contact between business stakeholders and development resources
Data Governance & Quality
  • Maintain high standards for data accuracy, consistency, and governance across Salesforce and related revenue systems
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Salesforce administration or analytics-focused roles
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a proven ability to analyze and manipulate large, complex datasets independently
  • Professional skilled in Microsoft Word, Sales, Management, and Business Analytics
  • Demonstrated experience driving Salesforce user adoption and process compliance in a sales organization
  • Demonstrated experience supporting quote-to-cash processes
  • Deep understanding of data structures, relational data models, and data manipulation
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation, schema optimization, and performance tuning
  • Proven ability to operate as a senior individual contributor with minimal direction
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting high-growth or high-volume sales organizations
  • Ability to write, optimize, and maintain SOQL and SOSL queries; implement indexing and performance optimization strategies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development concepts and technical best practices
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.)
  • Prior experience partnering directly with CRO-level or executive stakeholders
Work Environment & Expectations
  • Full-time, on-site role at company headquarters in Las Vegas, NV
  • High-visibility, high-impact senior IC role with direct partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer
  • Expected to independently own initiatives, influence sales behavior, and deliver results
