Summary:
The Recruitment Marketing & Candidate Relationship Management - Manager leads employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent attraction, and candidate engagement efforts. This role drives initiatives that enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice while increasing awareness, engagement, and hiring outcomes. The Manager oversees employer branding, marketing campaigns, digital content, career site optimization, and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. This position leads a team responsible for content creation, brand promotion, career site management, CRM engagement, events, and marketing deliverables to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and strong talent pipeline. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, Communications, external vendors, Workforce Technology, and business leaders, the Manager serves as a tactical partner in advancing workforce, hiring, and growth goals.
Responsibilities:
Establishes and drives key performance indicators (KPIs) for employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate engagement initiatives.Supervises and develops the Recruitment Marketing team. Establishes team goals, priorities, and performance expectations. Provides coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Fosters a culture of creativity, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Manages workload distribution and ensure alignment of team initiatives with organizational objectives.Manages relationships with recruitment advertising agencies, sourcing platforms, and CRM vendors, ensuring high-quality service, innovation, and measurable results.Designs and implements targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to support enterprise hiring needs.Ensures content reflects organizational values, diversity, inclusion, and employee experiences.Partners with Workforce Technology and external vendors on system enhancements, integrations, and user experience improvements.Leads efforts to enhance the organization's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and market differentiation.Uses data-driven insights to optimize recruitment marketing investments and strategies.Oversees content strategies that highlight employee stories, workforce development programs, leadership initiatives, and organizational achievements.Oversees social media recruitment campaigns, digital advertising, talent communities, email marketing, and event promotion. Evaluates campaign effectiveness and adjusts strategies based on performance data.Maintains a marketing content and events calendar aligned with hiring priorities and organizational initiatives.Drives automation and technology-enabled candidate engagement efforts.Serves as an advisor to Talent Acquisition leadership on candidate attraction and engagement strategies.Collaborates with Marketing, Communications, HR, external vendors, Workforce Development, and business leaders.Develops employee ambassador and advocacy programs that amplify authentic employee voices.Oversees creation and distribution of recruitment marketing content across career sites, social media, digital platforms, workforce development programs, and community partnerships.Ensures effective management of talent communities and candidate nurturing campaigns.Establishes short- and long-term talent attraction initiatives that support critical hiring priorities and workforce development programs.Analyzes campaign performance, candidate behavior, career site analytics, social media engagement, and CRM effectiveness.Leads the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives that showcase organizational culture, values, employee experiences, and career opportunities.Partners with recruiters and hiring leaders to develop customized attraction strategies for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.Guides multimedia storytelling efforts including articles, videos, photography, blogs, newsletters, and social content.Monitors data integrity, compliance, and platform utilization.Identifies emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in recruitment marketing and talent branding.Measures return on investment (ROI) for employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.Ensures consistency of employer brand messaging across all internal and external recruitment channels.Optimizes candidate engagement and conversion strategies across the recruitment lifecycle.Oversees administration and optimization of candidate relationship management (CRM) and career site technologies.Develops and executes a comprehensive employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy aligned with organizational workforce goals.
