Gerer l'integralite du programme CRM, incluant les infolettres, l'automatisation et les SMS. Ameliorer les strategies de segmentation afin d'optimiser l'efficacite des campagnes par courriel. Analyser les donnees clients pour enrichir la connaissance client et partager des rapports exploitables avec le service marketing.

Assurer la performance des canaux CRM et le suivi des metriques de la base de donnees. Collaborer avec les equipes de design et de contenu pour creer des strategies favorisant l'engagement envers la marque. Coordonner avec l'equipe TI les flux d'integration, d'exportation et l'ajout de nouvelles sources de donnees.

Have fun. The role As a CRM Specialist, you will develop and strengthen Altitude Sports and The Last Hunt's relationship with its customers within the performance marketing team. You will be involved in strategy, analysis, and operational processes, leveraging your expertise in relational marketing and customer data.

What you will do Lead and develop the CRM vision across multiple channels including email, SMS, and site personalization. Optimize the customer experience through innovative communications to improve sales and engagement on Altitude Sports & The Last Hunt. Manage the complete CRM program, including newsletters, automation, and SMS.

Improve segmentation strategies to increase the overall effectiveness of email campaigns. Analyze customer data to enhance customer knowledge and provide actionable insights to marketing stakeholders. Take responsibility for CRM channel performance and database health metrics.

Collaborate with design and brand teams to develop content strategies that drive sales and brand engagement. Partner with the IT team on data integration flows, exports, and the integration of new data points. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends.

Who you are 3+ years of experience in the full marketing cycle within a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proficient with CRM tools, Google Analytics, and email tracking technologies.

Strong interest and experience in analyzing data within large datasets. Technical understanding of marketing (HTML, CSS, CMS) and CRM automation solutions. Previous experience in e-commerce (an asset).
