Job description

Role: SIEBEL CRM ADMINISTRATOR

Location: NYC,NY (ONSITE)

 

Job Description: This position is a highly skilled technical position that will perform activities to assist MTA technical teams in exporting 15 years of Siebel CRM platform legacy data (including file attachments) from the current Siebel CRM system and developing restful APIs to ingest the data into a new platform, ServiceNow CSM. Desired knowledge, skills and abilities for this position include project management expertise with technical and business functional knowledge of how CRMs in a large enterprise environment work. Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently on specific tasks.

Technical experience within, but not limited to, the following environments: Unix-Solaris; Java; Java frameworks; Workflow; WEB Services; Genesys, IVR integrations, XML based open-source software and Siebel CRM administration is a must.

Responsibilities include the following:

· Providing detailed estimates in terms of effort for the project. These may be discreet Siebel pieces or part of a wider multi-discipline project for customers

· Working with CMC business users to deliver solutions for replatforming a critical application that may have sensitive data

· Creation of documentation and low-level designs

· Collaborating closely with customer stakeholders

· Liaise with Siebel support teams and customers managed service provider for new platform

· Understanding of IVR, ERP and enabling technologies platforms

Additional Skills and Information: Candidate MUST HAVE the following:

· Proven experience of Siebel CRM development/administration

· Expert configuration, administration and exporting of data from a Siebel application

· In-depth knowledge of Siebel IP2015.19

· Proficiencies in using Siebel eScript and a good understanding of Business Services

· Knowledge of Siebel Business component and Siebel workflows

· Have the ability to effectively communicate IT needs, questions, and feedback to non-IT team members/customers and vice-versa are crucia
