Job Description
We're hiring a Senior HubSpot Consultant to lead and support HubSpot CRM implementations, migrations, RevOps strategy, and marketing/sales automation initiatives.
This is a client-facing consulting role focused on designing, building, and optimizing revenue systems in HubSpot across the full customer lifecycle.
You'll work across multiple clients and projects, owning the vision/strategy, execution, and general project, team, and account management.
HubSpot CRM & RevOps
  • Lead HubSpot implementations, onboarding, migrations, and optimization projects
  • Configure HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub)
  • Build workflows, automation, sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and lead routing
  • Manage pipelines, deal stages, properties, permissions, and CRM architecture
  • Improve data quality, data governance, and CRM hygiene
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and revenue analytics
  • Support integrations (Salesforce, Zapier, APIs, third-party tools)

Marketing Automation & Sales Operations
  • Design and optimize marketing automation workflows and campaigns
  • Support email marketing, segmentation, and nurture strategies
  • Improve sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Align marketing, sales, and customer success systems

Client-Facing Consulting
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HubSpot, CRM strategy, and RevOps
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Communicate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, ops, and leadership
  • Deliver documentation, process mapping, and training materials (Loom, SOPs, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and account growth

Qualifications
Required Experience
8+ years of experience in:
  • HubSpot CRM
  • Revenue Operations (RevOps)
  • Marketing Automation / Sales Operations

Hands-on experience with:
  • HubSpot workflows, automation, and reporting
  • CRM implementations or migrations
  • Data structure, data hygiene, and system design
  • Experience managing multiple clients, stakeholders, or projects
  • Experience managing team members
  • Collaborating and working with teams (you genuinely enjoy brainstorming and collaborating with others)

Preferred Experience
  • HubSpot Certified (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub)
  • HubSpot Solutions Partner / HubSpot Agency experience
  • Salesforce integration experience
