Job description

Description
THE PURPOSE: As the CRM Associate, you will support the team by executing the day-to-day production of marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push. You will bring the CRM Manager’s plans to life—building, scheduling, testing, and deploying messages across our platforms, drafting the briefs behind them, and reporting on how they perform. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position for someone who is self-directed and takes real pride in flawless delivery.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in setting up multi-channel journeys across our respective providers and contribute to True Religion’s continued growth by maximizing the reach and impact of our CRM channels.

THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):
  • Execute the day-to-day production of one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns across email, SMS, and push—including set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment.
  • Build campaigns and multi-channel journeys in our platforms to the specifications set by the CRM Manager.
  • Own quality assurance on every send, proofing copy, links, dynamic content, rendering, and audience targeting to keep execution flawless and on brand.
  • Draft creative briefs for campaigns and automations.
  • Conduct A/B testing to gain insights and continually improve the customer experience and overall results through optimized messaging and targeting.
  • Support the team with reporting on channel KPIs, using the data to inform True Religion’s broader CRM strategy.
  • Help build, maintain, and update the CRM marketing calendar.
  • Develop a thorough working knowledge of True Religion’s CRM platforms and stay current on email, SMS, and push best practices, surfacing recommendations to strengthen performance.
YOU ARE: You bring a strong combination of analytical thinking and a sharp aesthetic sensibility. You are meticulous and conscientious, and you understand the importance of sweating the small stuff so that every send goes out flawlessly. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and approach challenges with both rigor and creativity.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
  • 3–5 years executing email, SMS, and/or mobile (push) marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign set-up, scheduling, QA, and deployment in enterprise CRM or ESP platforms.
  • A track record of drafting creative briefs and running A/B tests.
  • Comfort pulling campaign reporting and using KPI data to guide decisions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a history of accurate, on-time execution.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Passion for fashion and digital marketing, ideally with an apparel or e-commerce background.
  • Working knowledge of email HTML/CSS, including hands-on experience building or debugging responsive templates.
  • Experience with enterprise CRM and messaging platforms across channels—email/omnichannel (e.g., Cordial, Listrak, Salesforce, Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo), SMS (e.g., Attentive, Postscript, Yotpo), and push (e.g., Airship).
  • Experience coding dynamic and transactional templates, including advanced personalization.

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION
  • Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $75,000 – $80,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.
  • Perks: We offer a mix of benefits and perks to support our employees at work and beyond, including health benefits, a 401(k) with employer match, merchandise discounts, commuter benefits, wellness & employee assistance programs, and more.
  • Work Model: This role is based in El Segundo, CA, and follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation of in-office presence on designated days to support collaboration and business needs.
  • Employment Eligibility: Employment with True Religion is contingent upon meeting applicable employment eligibility requirements.
