Staff Registered Nurse (CCU)

Location: Lancaster, Ohio

Pay Rate: $1400 To $1656/Week

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Experience: Minimum 3 years

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Staff Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Critical Care Unit (CCU). The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate, and effective treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care using the nursing process.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders safely and accurately.

  • Monitor patient conditions, report changes promptly, and coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team.

  • Educate patients and families throughout the admission, treatment, and discharge process.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR and ensure equipment and supplies are available for patient care.

Requirements
  • Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Minimum 3 years of PCU or Critical Care nursing experience.

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).

  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills.
