Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, schedules, and executes engineering tasks across a range of project sizes
  • Designs processes for water and wastewater treatment facilities, including engineering support and construction oversight
  • Develops engineering designs, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for water-related infrastructure
  • Produces technical memos, reports, and digital deliverables; performs data analysis and supports construction-phase activities
  • Oversees and coordinates the work of junior engineers, designers, technicians, and other team members on assigned tasks
  • Delivers engineering support throughout the construction process
  • Engages in on-site activities such as pilot studies and field testing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental Engineering
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer
  • 6-12 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
  • Skilled in applying engineering principles with a focus on critical thinking, analysis, and creative problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, adaptable attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (+)
  • Design and construction phase experience (+)
