DESCRIPTION

Mosaic is currently looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join our innovative, growing team!

The Channel Sales Manager will oversee strategic vendor programs and cultivate high-level partnerships, serving as a catalyst for special cross-functional projects. This includes identifying long-term process improvements and driving initiatives that extend beyond day-to-day operations to ensure strategic alignment, operational excellence, and competitive advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Functions:
  • Lead cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with channel priorities & long term goals. This includes, but is not limited to, Channel Management, Systems, Go to Channel, Training, Distribution Execution, etc.

  • Lead the strategic development and management of vendor programs, including contract governance, performance audits, and relationship cultivation to maximize service value and operational efficiency

  • Facilitate high-level stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment across internal and external teams while maintaining communication on project milestones and strategic priorities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership by identifying long-term process improvements and proactively addressing systemic business challenges to ensure scalability and operational excellence.

  • Spearhead special cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, translating high-level business objectives into actionable roadmaps that drive organizational growth and innovation

  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly ad-hoc reporting requests and presentation materials in support of opportunity doors, dealer, and/or field support for supported organization.

  • Consistently deliver high-quality work that fully addresses the intended criteria, goals, and objectives

  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing to stakeholders, team members, and leadership

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications-Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives, vendor programs, enterprise projects, and process improvement efforts preferred

  • Vendor governance and vendor performance management

  • Executive stakeholder engagement and influence

  • Strategic planning, roadmap development, and initiative execution

  • Organizational process improvement and operational excellence methodologies

  • Ability to identify systemic business challenges and develop scalable solutions.
