Position Overview: 

As part of the service crew, you are the face of our brand and embody what it means to Live Crisp. In this role you will be responsible for engaging with our guests to ensure that all of the in-store processes are running seamlessly. This position will continue to grow as our company does and is an integral part to our continued success.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work with your fellow #CRISPCrew to deliver an exceptional experience for not only our guests, but the community
  • Understand that food safety and restaurant cleanliness are imperative to daily operations
  • Embody what is means to be a C.R.I.S.P. employee (Customer First, Responsible, Inspirational, Self-Starter, and Passionate)
  • Ability to clearly communicate with your managers, fellow #CRISPCrew, and customers
  • Understand our menu (including dietary restrictions), common ingredients, and ability to describe flavor profile
  • Become a master at creating signature salads, grain-bowls, and smoothies while maintaining C&G quality standards, cleanliness, and safety guidelines
  • Practice FIFO

Assistant General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
