Position Overview:
You will play a vital role in guiding our customers through life's significant moments-merging households, purchasing homes and vehicles, planning for family futures, and navigating claims during challenging times. Your goal will be to make every interaction the best part of someone's day while managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, friendly attitude in-person, over the phone, via text, and email.
• Assist customers with insurance needs related to home, auto, life, and health policies.
• Support clients through various life events such as marriage, home purchase, childbirth, college planning, retirement, and loss of loved ones.
• Process and manage insurance documentation required by lenders and other institutions.
• Guide customers through the claims process, providing support and reassurance.
• Meet sales quotas and deadlines while keeping compliance with licensing laws and company policies.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new insurance regulations, computer programs, and customer management systems.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to obtaining and maintaining Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses (training and support provided).
