What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities

As a Crew Leader in Training, you are the face of our outdoor services. Our Landscapers take pride in their craft to ensure every client site looks pristine. As a Groundskeeper in our leadership track, your daily tasks will include:

  • Leading and operating equipment for grass cutting, weedeating, and edging.
  • Enhancing landscapes through mulching, pruning, and planting shrubs.
  • Collaborating with your team to complete daily routes efficiently.
  • Learning the "Budd Group Way" of site management to prepare for full crew leadership.

What You Bring To The Team

  • Experience: 1-3 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively and work outdoors.
  • Reliability: A consistent 7:00 AM start time is vital for our crew’s success.
