Olshan Foundation Solutions is currently seeking a Crew Leader in Training to join our team!

That means were big enough to bring all the right resources, but small enough to stay responsive to the needs of our customers. Since 1933, our reputation for integrity, honesty, quality craftsmanship and setting the standards in home structural repair services has always been our legacy.


Responsibilities:

  • Work as a team to complete jobs in a timely manner
  • Dig, Back-fill, and Install
  • Load and unload materials
  • Job site management: examine and inspect job progress
  • Safely operate company vehicle and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21+
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
  • We are a drug-free workplace. Must undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Previous construction experience
  • Experience operating heavy machinery a plus (not required)
  • Must be able to bend and stoop
  • Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground
  • Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus
