What are the most common challenges faced by crew assistants when supporting multiple team members on set?

Crew Assistants often need to balance requests from various team members, such as directors, producers, and technical staff, which can be challenging during busy production schedules. Effective communication and prioritization are essential to ensure tasks are completed on time without disrupting workflow.
