As a Crew Leader, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting crew members to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leadership, enjoy working outdoors, and are looking to develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment. The Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining equipment, and fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of crew members to complete tasks on time and within budget
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accountability for the actions and performance of the crew
  • Ensure all work is completed thoroughly and meets company standards to avoid call-backs
  • Conduct post-job checklists to confirm all tasks are finished
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols, documenting and reporting any incidents or violations promptly
  • Train crew members on equipment use and company procedures
  • Develop crew members to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintain cleanliness of trucks, trailers, and equipment daily
