Field Engineer (AV/UCC)
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities
  • Test and commission AV/UCC systems
  • Troubleshoot audio, video, control, and network issues
  • Read system drawings and schematics
  • Configure AV networks and IP devices
  • Support control system and DSP programming
  • Complete project punch lists and documentation
  • Train end users and communicate project status

Requirements
  • 5+ years of AV installation, service, or commissioning experience
  • Experience with Crestron, Extron, QSC, BIAMP, or similar platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and networking skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred
  • CTS or CTS-I certification
  • DSP programming experience
  • Experience with digital audio consoles and system tuning
