Moon Crest Psychological Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. As an integral part of our community health clinic, you will provide therapeutic support to a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families, helping them navigate emotional and behavioral challenges and improve their overall quality of life.

This role allows for a remote work setting, providing flexibility while maintaining high therapeutic standards. Our outpatient practice ensures no on-call hours, and you will not be required to work nights or weekends. You will be supported by a hardworking administrative team, allowing you to focus solely on providing exceptional care to your clients in a modern, collaborative setting.

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques to facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to inform treatment plans and initiate effective discharge planning based on client evaluations.
• Provide initial treatment planning and actively reassess care plans in response to client progress and changing circumstances.
• Document all therapy services rendered in compliance with professional standards and organizational policies, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain an assigned caseload, balancing new intakes and ongoing client sessions to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage collaboratively in treatment team meetings, contributing insights and working alongside other professionals to facilitate holistic care for clients.
• Exhibit a consistent, empathetic demeanor towards clients, addressing any unmet needs or concerns and striving to resolve potential issues.
• Prioritize patient safety by implementing protocols and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment.
• Complete any additional roles and responsibilities as directed by supervisors to support clinic operations.

Your work will encompass a variety of client demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with emotional and behavioral disorders. You will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care that addresses diverse backgrounds and experiences, which is essential in fostering therapeutic relationships and effective treatment outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field is required.
• Possession of or eligibility for state licensure as a professional therapist is a must; specifically, candidates should be licensed as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW by the State of Arizona.
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities complemented by a commitment to fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A background in therapy across the lifespan, with experience working effectively with both adult and child/adolescent populations, is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in facilitating therapy sessions and crisis intervention in outpatient settings is highly advantageous.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
