Job description

We are currently seeking full and part-time cooks with weekend and evening availability at The Skinny Pancake in Quechee, Vermont. Hospitality is a team sport, so cooks are expected to work the line spinning crepes, assist with dishwashing or prep work, and keep the restaurant clean - whatever is needed to provide an outstanding guest experience. 

Cooks’ compensation includes a competitive base wage of $18-$21 plus a share from our RevShare program. The RevShare program contributes an average of $2.50/hour from the BOH RevShare program. Your earning potential is $20.50-$23.50/hr, varying with sales volume, so when we're busier, your pay goes up.
