Friday-Monday | 4-Day Work Week | Uncapped Earnings

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Cregger is seeking a skilled, self-motivated Weekend HVAC Service Technician to join our growing residential HVAC team. This role is ideal for experienced technicians who want to maximize earnings while enjoying consistent weekdays off.

Weekends are when demand is highest-and when customers are most available and ready to move forward. That means better calls, stronger close rates, and higher average tickets.

Compensation
  • Hourly Pay: $25.00 - $40.00/hour (based on experience)
  • Bonus plus uncapped commission
  • Total earning potential of $55/hour+ with commission
