What You'll Do

As Vice President of Software Development & Data Analytics, you'll serve as a strategic technology leader responsible for advancing Harborstone's digital capabilities and enterprise data strategy.

You will:

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Technology Vision
  • Define and execute enterprise strategy across software development, data analytics, and artificial intelligence
  • Align technology initiatives with organizational priorities, digital transformation goals, and member experience objectives

What We're Looking ForEducation
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field required

Experience
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in software development, data analytics, or related technology disciplines
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience at the Director level or above

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $144,150 to $216,225 annually.

Placement within the range is based on experience, skills, and qualifications. New hires are typically placed below the midpoint to support internal equity and provide room for future growth and progression.
