Boeing Commercial Airplanes - Customer Finance (CF) is currently looking for an
Enterprise Credit Risk - Senior Manager to join their team in
Seattle, Washington.
Enterprise Credit Risk (ECR) is responsible for the ongoing credit and financial risk assessment of suppliers within Boeing's enterprise-wide supply chain. In that role, the team performs detailed financial statement analysis and forecasting of individual suppliers. The analysis combines objective financial modeling with seasoned insight into the underlying commercial drivers behind credit and financial condition.
In this role, team members are also responsible for timely and effective communication of results to stakeholders at all levels within the enterprise supply chain and supply chain finance organizations. Such communication includes collaborating, coaching and advising supply chain on financial risks in individual distressed supplier situations. This includes leading cross functional efforts to develop financial mitigants as well as supporting operational and commercial mitigation.
The team is also responsible for maintaining comprehensive knowledge of key / critical suppliers as well as portfolio risk awareness, achieved through ongoing credit portfolio analysis, benchmarking and statistical interrogation against a database of 25 plus years of 1000+ aerospace suppliers.
Position Responsibilities:- Lead team responsible for performing credit and financial assessments of Boeing critical suppliers across the enterprise and at all levels of financial condition, developing and effectively communicating conclusions to appropriate stakeholders
- Mentor, develop, motivate, support and manage teammates across the ECR team from day-to-day work statement management through to strategic initiatives
- Lead team's support of enterprise wide, cross functional efforts to mitigate risk and/or protect Boeing's production system from impacts due to financial weakness and/or financial failure in its supply chain
- Work directly with Supply Chain leadership, management and other stakeholders on potential financial elements of risk mitigation, in instances of significant financial distress
- Present, coach and advise on overall financial condition and key financial concerns
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting or economics
- Experience managing and/or leading a team either formally or informally, with the ability to provide guidance, mentorship and support to team members
- Experience presenting financial and risk analysis to leadership as well as audiences with broad cross functional backgrounds
- Experience developing presentations and presenting financial information to various levels of management
- Experience with critical business and financial acumen including risk, issue and opportunity management to drive performance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
- Big 4 Public Accounting experience, or financial institution credit risk management experience

Summary Pay Range: $159,800 - $216,200
