Join Carson's Credit & Collections Team
Are you a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and values collaboration? Carson is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Collections & Credit Advisor (Credit Analyst). In this role, you'll be the bridge between our internal sales teams and external customers helping to manage credit terms, resolve payment issues, and assess financial risk with confidence and care.
What You'll Do
  • Build strong relationships with internal sales teams and external customers.
  • Monitor and manage customer credit agreements and payment activity.
  • Investigate and resolve payment disputes and trends.
  • Assess credit risk and recommend solutions to Underwriting team.
  • Negotiate payment plans with delinquent accounts.
  • Hit monthly goals across B2B and B2C portfolios.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Support team operations with administrative tasks and special projects.

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in credit and collections.
  • Solid understanding of credit principles and collection strategies.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship-building.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • NACM designation highly desired, but not required
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen (including marijuana)

  • Comfortable with data entry and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
