What You Will Do:
Lead & Develop the Team: Guide, coach, and develop a high performing team while fostering a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.
Lead the Credit Risk Management Strategy: Develop, implement and continuously improve credit policies, procedures, and underwriting practices for the trade receivables portfolio, including maximizing the use of credit scoring tools and technology.
Oversee Complex Credit Decisions: Lead the review and underwriting of large credit requests while implementing lien and bond rights strategies and maintaining sound credit practices that mitigate risk and drive profitable growth.
Partner with Leadership: Build strong relationships with field leadership to communicate customer credit risks, provide guidance on credit-related matters, and maintain strong working relationships across operations, accounting, and management teams.
Demonstrate Leadership: Ensure ethical business practices are followed, promote continuous process improvement, uphold the company's Core Values, and maintain a positive reputation with customers, employees, and community stakeholders.

What You Will Need:
Education & Experience: 5+ years of experience managing a business credit underwriting function with senior-level finance experience within a retail environment.

Professional Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
