The candidates set their own hours, but should be energetic, outgoing and be comfortable on speaking with different people and groups. Huge plus is someone with a network of realtors, loan officers, car dealers, or anyone with a need of improving credit ratings to obtain customers. We literally change people's lives in a matter of months.
