Job Title:ย ย ย Retail Team Member Sales - FT

Locations:ย ย ย Store #41 Alta Mesa --- 2100 Alta Mesa Blvd., Fort Worth, Texasย 

Salary:ย ย ย ย $14.82 per hour

Work Hours:ย ย ย ย FT (40 Hrs. per Week) Days and hours vary; 2 Days Off per Week

General Job Duties:ย ย ย ย Manage POS (Point-of-Sale) system, credit card terminal, and cash accurately; and answer telephones. Provide excellent customer service (friendly, courteous, attentive), greeting customers within seconds of arrival; assist customers on sales floor to select and locate merchandise. Assist with maintenance of hangers, and sizing of textiles on sales floor; return empty racks and carts to production area; and restock depleted merchandise. Responsible for the overall appearance of the sales floor; performs all necessary cleaning functions in all areas of the store. Other duties as requested.

Skills/Qualifications:ย ย A minimum of 1 year of experience in a work or educational setting demonstrating the ability to interact positively with the public or team is required.ย  One year of customer service experience dealing with the public is preferred.ย  Must be proficient in basic math, able to read and write; operate computerized equipment (POS, credit card draft terminal, pricing system); meet quotas; make pricing decisions based on quality of product. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates. Must have open availability of schedule (open 7 days a week, 8 AM through 7 PM).

Physical Requirements:ย ย ย ย Physical stamina needed to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Walking, standing for prolonged periods of time, stooping, reaching (6 ft. with use of ladder, if needed); and pulling, pushing, lifting 50 pounds, heavier lifting may be required with assistance; sufficiently mobile to work in any area of the facility.
