Job description

Join our Card Data & Analytics team and help shape the future of our credit card business through advanced marketing analytics. You will work with talented colleagues, strengthen your leadership and technical skills, and drive decisions that create measurable customer and business impact. This role offers meaningful career growth and the opportunity to influence how we invest in digital marketing, customer experiences, and data-driven innovation.

As a Marketing Analytics Vice President at JPMorganChase within Card Data & Analytics, you will lead analytics and insights that inform marketing strategy across digital marketing, customer journeys, segmentation, and targeting. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions and actionable recommendations. You will leverage data from large databases (including SQL and AWS environments) to develop insights, elevate data quality, and promote best practices that reduce redundancy and enable consistent measurement.

Job responsibilities
  • Establish partnerships across the organization to understand marketing objectives and business requirements
  • Lead the design and execution of solutions that pull and combine data from multiple sources for customer behavior analytics, campaign measurement, and reporting
  • Analyze customer journeys, digital engagement, and campaign performance to identify actionable insights
  • Develop and implement customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize marketing effectiveness
  • Communicate insights to senior leaders through clear written and verbal storytelling that influences marketing strategy and investment decisions
  • Collaborate with analytic and non-analytic groups to enable cross-functional learning and alignment
  • Champion data and analytics best practices across the marketing organization
  • Translate business needs into data models that support long-term marketing solutions
  • Guide the creation of data models using best practices to improve data quality and reduce redundancy
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field)
  • 6+ years of industry experience in marketing analytics roles (e.g., digital analytics, campaign measurement, customer insights)
  • 6+ years of experience using analytics platforms, languages, and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, Python, Excel), including hands‑on experience with big data platforms
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, compelling, and persuasive way to business partners
  • Demonstrated ability to define marketing problems with stakeholders, develop solutions, and drive implementation
  • Expert knowledge of quantitative methods for marketing analytics, including customer segmentation, targeting, and digital analytics
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Experience in financial services, particularly credit card marketing analytics
