Essential Functions
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to provide clear business insights and recommendations.
• Partner with business teams to define data requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Prepare, clean, and validate data to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Develop tools and queries to extract data and support process improvement.
• Present final analyses in a clear, concise format for stakeholders.
• Contribute to project teams and support leadership with data consultation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with SQL or similar data querying languages.
• Experience with a programming language.
Preferred Qualifications
• Degree in an analytical or quantitative discipline.
• 1+ years of experience using SQL.
• 2+ years of programming experience.
