Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and verify credentials and documentation for internal teams and vendors.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain accurate credentialing data in the CRM/ERP system with regular audits.

  • Track and report credentialing milestones to management for pipeline visibility.

  • Maintain auditable records and ensure data privacy in credentialing activities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve credentialing blockers and expedite approvals.

  • Maintain a proactive learning posture to improve processes and reduce cycle times.

  • Prepare and present credentialing status reports to stakeholders on a regular basis.

  • Escalate high-risk credentialing issues to the appropriate stakeholders promptly.

  • Assist in onboarding new hires or contractors with credentialing guidance.

  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

  • Coordinate with IT and facilities to ensure access credentials are provisioned correctly.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven credentialing experience in corporate or vendor management settings.

  • Strong knowledge of internal policies and external regulatory standards.

  • Strong attention to data privacy and auditable record-keeping.
