Job description

Carousel of Learning in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to join our team. Hours are 8:30 AM to 5 PM. We are located at 244 Kingston Road. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with infants, is creative, energetic, and reliable.


Teacher Responsibilities

  • Supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
  • Provide care including feeding, diapering, cleaning, changing, etc. as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom consistent with health and safety standards
  • Comply with the regulations, standards, and procedures in the NJ Manual of Requirements for Child Care Centers
  • Communicate regularly with parents

Qualifications

  • CDA credential, Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field required
  • Experience as a Lead Infant Teacher is required
