Job description

OUAI is a prestige beauty and personal care brand founded by celebrity hairstylist, Jen Atkin. "OUAI," means "yes" in that casual Parisian way. The brand is guided by the mission "wherever you go, go all the OUAI" and this bold & playful spirit impacts everything from culture to marketing to product. OUAI's product categories - ranging from hair care to body care, fragrances, personal care, and merch - are designed to reflect its commitment to easy, effective, and enjoyable self-care.

Since its launch, OUAI has built a strong and growing omnichannel presence through direct-to-consumer channels, specialty beauty retailers, and global distribution partners. Requirements

What you'll do:
  • Execute OUAI's influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, event support, PR mailers, gifting programs, and long-term partnership growth.

  • Leverage influencer marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ OR Tribe Dynamics to track performance, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Translate campaign data into clear recommendations, providing strategic rationale for creator selection, seeding decisions, mailer recipients, and partnership opportunities.
  • Refine outreach strategies, campaign messaging, and partnership structures based on performance results and insights.
  • Track and share key learnings, competitive trends, and influencer landscape updates to inform future strategy and improve overall program performance.
What you'll bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management, preferably within beauty, lifestyle, or a closely related category.
  • Hands-on experience with CreatorIQ and/or Tribe Dynamics is required.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret influencer performance data, measure EMV, engagement, and campaign effectiveness, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience building performance reports and presenting insights to stakeholders, with a focus on explaining the "why" behind creator selection, gifting strategies, and campaign outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain creator and industry relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, projects, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of the influencer landscape, emerging creator trends, and competitive best practices.
