Job description

Senior Enterprise Account Executive

CreatorIQ is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to build deep, strategic relationships with Enterprise customers and drive complex, high-value sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution and long-term account growth. We see the role is focused on selling the full CreatorIQ Suite across a named list of Enterprise accounts, partnering closely with internal teams to deliver long-term value and expansion.

Our Senior Enterprise team sells to the world's largest global brands. The role is centered on owning and executing strategic account plans within a defined territory aligned by geography.

What you will do:

  • Own and lead complex, full-cycle Enterprise sales processes from prospecting through close, expansion and long-term account growth
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a strong pipeline targeting executive-level stakeholders at Enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for named Enterprise accounts, including penetration, expansion, and retention strategies
  • Create demand by uncovering executive-level initiatives and business problems and matching them to our solution
  • Partner closely with BDRs and Marketing to spearhead account penetration and demand-generation strategies
  • Own multi-year account growth and expansion strategy in partnership with Customer Success, including renewals, upsells and long-term value realization across Enterprise accounts
  • Drive internal alignment across multiple internal departments, while setting the pace and quality bar for Enterprise deal execution
  • High forecast accuracy with clear inspection of deal health and close plans
  • Anchor sales conversations in strategic business outcomes and ROI, rather than feature-based selling
  • Build credibility and long-term trust with Enterprise stakeholders while influencing complex buying groups
  • Anticipate and prepare for objections through regular risk assessment exercises
  • Have a deep understanding of the way businesses operate, how private and public companies make decisions and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level

Who you are and what you'll need for this position:

  • Experience in influencer marketing or marketing technology sales
  • 10+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, at least 5+ years Enterprise sales
  • Manage a defined list of ~50 matrixed Enterprise accounts with complex stakeholder environments
  • Experience closing complex Enterprise deals, with comfort owning $250k+ ACV opportunities
  • Experience selling to the C-suite (all lines of business) at Enterprise level accounts
  • Ability to build and present executive-level slide decks and present them to your customers
  • Experience owning executive-level business cases, quantifying ROI tied to business initiatives and navigating procurement, finance and legal stakeholders
  • Experience crafting complex sales proposals
  • Ability to manage large extended teams consisting of product specialists, solution engineers, customer success, and training personnel
