This is not a senior strategy or director role.

This is an execution-focused position with light optimization and strong accountability.

Core Responsibilities

Social Media Execution & Ownership

  • Own day-to-day social media execution for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain monthly content calendars
  • Schedule and publish posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok
  • Ensure content aligns with approved messaging and brand standards
  • Maintain consistency across all client accounts

You are the single point of ownership for social execution.

  • Submit content for internal and client approvals
  • Accurately implement revisions and feedback
  • Proactively flag missing assets, approvals, or potential delays

Light Optimization & Reporting

  • Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics
  • Identify content types that perform best
  • Make recommendations related to posting cadence, content mix, and timing
  • Pull basic performance reports as requested

This role optimizes within direction and does not own overall marketing strategy.

Client Communication (Limited and Structured)

  • Participate in client check-ins as needed
  • Confidently explain what is being posted, when it is posting, and basic performance trends
  • Escalate strategy questions or concerns to leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Does not require constant supervision
  • Values execution and consistency over creative freedom
