We have more than 400 team members in six countries and thirteen offices โ€” Berlin, Brussels, Chicago, D.C., London, Los Angeles, New York, Oslo, San Francisco, and Zรผrich. We apply our unique expertise across strategic communications, public affairs, research, and digital marketing to create sophisticated and customized strategies that make change possible for both American and European clients.

  • Starting Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000

The Impact You Will Make

As the Manager, Creator Partnerships, you will assist creator partnerships and activations for a diverse client portfolio spanning public affairs, nonprofit and advocacy campaigns, and electoral politics. Reporting to the Associate Director, Creator Partnerships, you bring more than a preliminary understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Substack, and Discord to shift key audiencesโ€™ attitudes and behaviors.

Strategy & Platform Expertise

  • Assist with creator campaign strategy and execution, using insights-driven approaches to identify the platforms, creators, and cultural moments that best align with client objectives and reach harder-to-reach audiences.
  • Serve as a resource, staying ahead of trends in social subcultures and emerging platforms to bounce ideas off internal team members on how to activate them through both organic and paid strategies.

Program Execution & Innovation

  • Drive operational efficiency by utilizing technology platforms and innovative tools to improve workflows, identification, and campaign measurement.
  • Manage high-velocity work streams, navigating competing priorities to meet rigorous campaign deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Integrated Collaboration

  • Drive cross-functional delivery, working with Strategic Communications, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure creator work is story-first and integrated into the broader campaign narrative.
  • Partner with Client Services to manage work streams and support ideation, using cultural fluency to influence client decision-making and articulate strategic value.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of combined social media and creator marketing. Experience within public affairs, political advocacy, or nonprofit sectors is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of the creator ecosystem from ideation to execution, including hands-on experience with platform-specific strategies.
  • Understanding of paid media principles and how they can be leveraged to amplify Creator content
  • Proven track record of assisting in complex client work streams and moving quickly in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in using technology platforms for creator identification, management, and workflow optimization.
  • An understanding of how cultural narratives drive perception, legitimacy, and behavior.
