Spy Ninjas Entertainment is one of the world's largest creator-led entertainment companies, reaching more than 47 million subscribers and billions of views across a network of YouTube channels, including Chad Wild Clay, Vy Qwaint, and the Spy Ninjas Crew channels. We're building the next generation of entertainment by combining premium storytelling, world-class production, and beloved IP with the speed and creativity of digital media.

We're looking for our first Head of Brand Partnerships to build out our commercial partnerships function. This is an opportunity to shape the revenue strategy of a rapidly growing entertainment company while working alongside one of YouTube's most recognizable brands.

About the Role

As Head of Brand Partnerships, you'll own our partnership business from strategy through execution. You'll build relationships with leading brands and agencies, develop innovative sponsorship opportunities, negotiate high-value deals, and partner to create the systems that allow the function to scale.

This is an entrepreneurial leadership role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up. You'll work closely with our creative, production, and executive teams to develop partnerships that feel authentic to our audience while driving meaningful business growth.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute the company's Brand Partnerships strategy.
  • Own partnership revenue goals and sales forecasting.
  • Generate business through both inbound opportunities and proactive outbound sales.
  • Build relationships with brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Create sponsorship packages and custom partnership opportunities across YouTube, social media, live experiences, merchandise, licensing, and future media initiatives.
  • Lead negotiations, pricing, contracts, and partnership structures.
  • Manage an Account Executive who will support partners throughout campaign execution.
  • Improve upon existing CRM systems, sales processes, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Partner closely with Creative and Production to ensure brand integrations enhance the audience experience.
  • Track campaign performance and deliver post-campaign reporting.
  • Recruit and lead future members of the Brand Partnerships team.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Sponsorship Sales, Business Development, Media Sales, or a similar commercial leadership role.
  • Proven success closing six- and seven-figure partnership deals.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy, YouTube, digital media, and influencer marketing.
  • Existing relationships with agencies and brand marketers are highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
  • Comfortable building systems and processes from scratch a plus
