Position Overview

50 Eggs Hospitality Group is seeking a highly creative, disciplined, and execution-focused Social Media & Content Creator Manager to support the continued growth and development of our hospitality brands.

This is a hybrid, hands-on role working directly with the CEO and Founder, designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can execute across multiple creative and marketing functions with precision and accountability.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social media management, content creation, graphic design, and brand storytelling, with the ability to develop compelling visual and digital content while maintaining high brand standards across multiple concepts.

This is not a strategy-only role. This is an execution-heavy position requiring strong organization, urgency, creativity, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management
  • Manage and execute social media strategies across multiple hospitality brands and platforms
  • Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with brand objectives and campaigns
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms
  • Monitor engagement, audience growth, and performance analytics to optimize content effectiveness
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content strategies
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
  • Develop compelling photo, video, and written content that reflects each brand's identity and positioning
  • Capture and edit lifestyle, hospitality, food & beverage, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and brand activations
  • Support new concept launches, brand refreshes, and creative initiatives across the organization
  • Ensure all content maintains visual consistency and aligns with company standards
Graphic Design & Creative Production
  • Create high-quality graphic design materials for digital and print use
  • Design social media graphics, promotional assets, presentations, menus, flyers, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
  • Support executive-level presentations and internal creative materials
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and brand templates
  • Ensure all creative work is accurate, polished, and delivered on schedule
Executive Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or graphic design
  • Strong graphic design experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in:
