Position Overview 
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing & PR Intern who is excited about fitness, storytelling, and brand-building. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating content, communicating with audiences, and bringing fresh ideas to life. You’ll support our marketing, communications, and social media efforts while gaining hands-on experience inside a fast-growing fitness brand. 
This is an in-office and in-studio job—some work can be done remotely, but you’ll also collaborate in the office and support in-studio content creation. Candidates must be based in Miami.
 
Key Responsibilities 
Content & Communications 
  • Write and manage our Substack/newsletter, including storytelling, member highlights, studio updates, and brand messaging 
  • Assist with PR outreach, press materials, and brand communications 
  • Draft copy for campaigns, announcements, and internal communications 
Social Media & Creative 
  • Support day-to-day social media content creation across platforms 
  • Capture and edit shortform videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) 
  • Participate in on-street and in-studio video content — must be comfortable filming, interviewing, and being on camera when needed 
  • Help brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that elevate BODYROK’s brand identity 
  • Assist with community engagement and social listening 
Brand & Studio Support 
  • Work with the Corporate team and studio teams to gather content, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage 
  • Support brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints 
  • Assist with events, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives 
  • Help initiate brand partnerships and collaborations
  • Coordinate all PR and marketing aspects of studio launches
What We’re Looking For 
  • Must be located in Miami and have reliable transportation 
  • Strong writing skills — especially for newsletters, storytelling, and brand voice 
  • A creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital trends 
  • Comfortable filming, interviewing, and creating on-the-go content 
  • Basic video editing skills (mobile or desktop) 
  • Interest in fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brands 
  • Organized, proactive, and excited to contribute ideas 
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week in the office
