What will you be doing?    

Opportunity Development 50%  

  • Apply strong knowledge of the Engage business and client context to draft initial RFP responses and proposals  

  • Proactively  solicit   information from Engage SMEs, where needed, to  validate   and build out gaps  

  • Manage the planning and development of proposals  

  • Actively  participate   in client-facing fact-finding meetings to capture proposal implications and actions  

  • Maintain the proposal repository for your dedicated Specialty Area and lead the collection of cost, scheduling, other elements from functional departments  

  • Develop knowledge of broader Engage service portfolio and flex to provide  capacity   when needed  

Implementation Support 50%  

  • Support Operations Leads through execution of new program stand-up  

  • Develop project plan and provide strong project management; proactively plan, execute, and  monitor   milestones to achieve  objectives   within scope, time, and budget  

  • Identify   and assign  appropriate internal   and external stakeholders to complete necessary tasks  

  • Function as liaison to Operations Leads and client PMO; develop necessary repository of client documents and ensure seamless transition to Solutions Team post-implementation  

What do you need for this position?    

  • Deep knowledge of the life sciences industry and/or one or more of the Engage specialty areas  

  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills  

  • Proficient with creating professional sales materials (slide design, copywriting, storytelling)  

  • Familiarity with the business-to-business sales process  

  • Strong business acumen  

  • 5+ years of direct work experience in a project management experience is  a must  

  • Qualification in project management or equivalent (PMP certification preferred)  

  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management  

  • Proficient in project management software,  tools   and techniques  

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, risk and cost management,  time   and resource management  

  • Strong Collaborator and adaptable  

  • Excellent planning and organizing skills  

  • Proactive, persistent leader driving for results  

The base pay range for this position is $49K – $91K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be  determined   by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
