As an intern, you will directly contribute to the trust and confidence in the nation's financial system through challenging work assignments and rewarding professional experiences. The internship opportunities will be available in several departments across the Bank and will last approximately 10 weeks.
Key Activities
  • Serves as a consultant to management by completing projects and preparing recommendations for improving current practices or implementing new programs.
  • Engages with emerging technologies, including opportunities to experiment with artificial intelligence tools and platforms as supplemental resource to enhance project outcomes and support innovation within the Bank.
  • Completes diverse projects within the Bank that range from quantitative analytical assignments, such as interpreting data to deliver meaningful insights and drive decision making, to creative tasks, such as writing or compiling presentations.
  • Demonstrate a willingness and capability to learn and utilize data visualization tools, such as Tableau, to synthesize large amounts of data, develop comprehensive reports and effectively present findings and/or recommendations.
  • Experiences a high degree of creative input and ownership of the various projects assigned along with seeing first-hand the project review process by leadership.
  • Gains exposure to multiple business lines, allowing exploration of diverse aspects of the Bank's mission and developing a broad understanding of operations.

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate students with a graduation date between May 2027 - May 2028, or current graduate students.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates a natural curiosity to proactively identify challenges, analyze trends, and generate solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
