Creative Services Manager

Reports to: VP Marketing

Location: Saddlebrook, NJ

Role Objective

Drive fast, efficient, and scalable execution of marketing and creative work by managing workflows, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time delivery across all business priorities.

Core Responsibilities

1. Workflow & Capacity Management

  • Own end-to-end project flow from intake to delivery across all marketing and creative work
  • Manage prioritization and capacity allocation across area rugs, broadloom, accessories, and hospitality

2. Sales Channel Intake (Retail & eCommerce)

  • Centralize and streamline all requests from retail and eCommerce sales teams via Asana
  • Enforce structured intake, prioritization, and timelines; eliminate ad hoc requests

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Align marketing, sales, eCommerce, product, and hospitality teams on deliverables and timelines
  • Proactively manage dependencies, resolve conflicts, and ensure accountability

4. Creative Operations & Asset Delivery

  • Standardize workflows, templates, and processes to improve speed and efficiency
  • Oversee delivery and proofing of assets across digital, print, retail, and trade channels

5. Event & Market Execution + Quality Control

  • Own timelines and readiness for trade shows, markets, and key launches
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and completed on time

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • 90โ€“95%+ on-time delivery
  • Clear visibility across all projects (ownership, timelines, status)
  • Improved workflow efficiency (reduction in ad hoc / incomplete requests)
    • 5โ€“7 years in creative services, marketing operations, or project management
    • Strong experience managing high-volume workflows and cross-functional teams
    • Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools
    • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
    • Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline
