It collaborates closely with agencies to create brand-aligned collateral and packaging, while ensuring data integrity in marketing and product information systems. The position also monitors competitive activity, market trends, and professional end-user behavior to inform strategic marketing decisions. Key Job Responsibilities Key Responsibility: Content Creation Create visual assets & write copy of ads, landing pages, and social Build infographics and other stimulating content Build & leverage influencer relationships Key Responsibility: Campaign Development & Execution Plan, develop, and launch integrated marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency. Execute promotional creative across various media formats. Key Responsibility: Brand Collateral, Packaging & Agency Coordination Work with external agencies to develop brand assets, packaging, and marketing materials. Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all collateral and packaging. Support packaging development in collaboration with product and supply chain teams. Key Responsibility: Event Coordination Organize and manage logistics for trade shows and customer-facing events. Support sales and product teams with event materials and branding. Key Responsibility: Competitive & Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Analyze professional end-user behavior and preferences in tool categories. Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. Key Responsibility: Data Integrity Maintain and update master data related to marketing and product information. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of marketing experience, including developing and executing campaigns and creating marketing materials (digital, print, and/or packaging). Experience with social media marketing (content creation, scheduling, and basic performance tracking). Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills, with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
