Job description

DELICIOUS FOOD THAT IMPROVES LIVES

At Fermented Food Holdings (FFH), we are passionate about the power of great food to improve lives. Through high-quality, delicious fermented products, we make the unique benefits of fermented foods more accessible while helping shape the future of food. We value talent, creativity, and authenticity, and we are committed to building a diverse, inclusive workplace where every contribution matters. Join us in making a meaningful impact in a growing industry and helping create a healthier, happier world - one bite at a time.

About the role:

Fermented Food Holdings (FFH) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Trade Marketing and Event Planning Coordinator to support trade marketing and event activation efforts across our portfolio of leading fermented food brands, including Bubbies, wildbrine, Silver Floss, and more.

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys balancing creativity with organization, and is excited to help bring innovative food products and campaigns to life. The Trade Marketing & Event Planning Coordinator will work closely with the Brand Activation Manager and Senior Brand Managers to support activation initiatives, marketing operations, and cross-functional execution.

What You Can Expect:

  • At FFH, we’re building bold, culturally relevant fermented food brands that consumers genuinely love. From iconic legacy products to innovative new launches, our team moves quickly, thinks creatively, and values collaboration, curiosity, and execution.
  • This is an opportunity to gain experience across commercialization, brand activation, innovation, and marketing operations.
  • This is a hands-on role for someone eager to learn the CPG industry, contribute ideas, and help keep projects moving efficiently from concept to execution.
  • Office perks such as espresso, snacks, desserts, and a friendly, welcoming environment.

Accountable For:

  • Supporting existing product resets and new product launch readiness through retailer syndication platforms including Syndigo, IX-One, and similar systems.
  • Assisting in gathering and organizing packaging files, product information, claims, imagery, and launch materials.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and external partners to help ensure projects remain on track.
  • Assisting with trade marketing materials, retailer requests, and general marketing administrative needs.
  • Researching trends, partnerships, events, and co-marketing (with retailers and with other brands) opportunities that align with brand strategies.
  • Supporting event planning, sourcing, logistics, and on-site execution when needed.
  • Coordinating with creative partners, vendors, and internal teams to help bring events and co-branding activations to life.
  • Maintaining organization of relevant marketing assets, product files and shared internal resources.
  • Supporting special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.

Who Will Be Successful in This Role:

  • The ideal candidate is organized first and creative second; someone who loves bringing structure to moving projects while still contributing thoughtful ideas and energy to business-building efforts.
  • This role requires someone who is eager to learn, has high sense of ownership and is excited to grow within a fast-moving team.

Required Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of relevant internship or professional experience in marketing, trade marketing, events, CPG, agency, or project coordination environments.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Creative thinker with a willingness to contribute ideas and problem solve.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
