As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the creative vision of the company and ensure that all brand, marketing, and campaign assets reflect a high standard of creativity, clarity, and strategic impact.

Position Overview

The Creative Director will be responsible for shaping and overseeing the creative direction across all marketing initiatives, campaigns, and brand assets. This role focuses on developing compelling creative concepts, maintaining brand consistency, and leading creative execution that supports the company’s growth and client success.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong creative instincts, capable of transforming ideas into impactful campaigns while guiding designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall creative vision and brand direction for AppJaxx and its marketing initiatives.
Develop creative strategies for marketing campaigns, digital assets, and client-facing materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, including web, social media, advertising, and presentations.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate business goals into compelling creative concepts.
Oversee the production of visual content, marketing collateral, and campaign assets.
Provide creative direction and feedback to designers, copywriters, and content creators.
Maintain high standards for design quality, messaging clarity, and visual storytelling.
Identify new creative trends, tools, and approaches that enhance marketing performance.
Ensure creative assets support lead generation, brand positioning, and client engagement.
