Creative Studio Remote information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Creative Studio Remote professional, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Creative Studio Remote professional, you need a strong background in graphic design, digital media production, and creative problem-solving, often supported by a relevant degree or portfolio of work. Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), project management software, and collaboration platforms is typically required. Strong communication, time management, and self-motivation are essential soft skills for excelling in remote and collaborative environments. These abilities ensure high-quality creative output, efficient teamwork, and the capacity to meet client or project deadlines in a remote setting.

What creative jobs can I do from home?

Creative jobs that can be done remotely include graphic design, illustration, copywriting, video editing, animation, and digital marketing. These roles often require proficiency with specific software tools and good communication skills, and they typically allow for flexible schedules and independent work environments.

What is a Creative Studio Remote?

A Creative Studio Remote refers to a team or individual who provides creative services such as graphic design, video production, branding, or digital content creation while working remotely. These professionals use collaboration tools and cloud-based platforms to deliver high-quality creative assets without being physically present in a traditional studio environment. This remote setup allows for flexibility, access to a broader talent pool, and cost savings for clients or agencies seeking creative work.

How does a remote creative studio team typically collaborate to deliver projects effectively?

Remote creative studio teams rely heavily on digital collaboration tools, such as project management platforms, shared design software, and regular video meetings to ensure smooth communication and project tracking. Team members often work across different time zones, so clear documentation and asynchronous feedback are crucial. Creative brainstorming, design reviews, and client presentations are usually conducted virtually, requiring strong self-motivation and proactive communication. Despite the distance, remote creative studios foster a collaborative environment with scheduled check-ins and virtual workshops to maintain team cohesion and project momentum.

Job description

Be inspired.  Be rewarded. Belong. At Emory Healthcare.

At Emory Healthcare we fuel your professional journey with better benefits, valuable resources, ongoing mentorship and leadership programs for all types of jobs, and a supportive environment that enables you to reach new heights in your career and be what you want to be.  We provide:

  • Comprehensive health benefits that start day 1
  • Student Loan Repayment Assistance & Reimbursement Programs
  • Family-focused benefits
  • Wellness incentives
  • Ongoing mentorship, development, and leadership programs
  • And more

Remote position, however candidates must reside in one of the following states:  Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

The Business Intelligence Developer II (Patient Experience focus) will join our enterprise analytics team supporting patient experience reporting and insight delivery. This role partners closely with patient experience leaders, service line operational leadership, and clinical stakeholders to define meaningful KPIs, translate frontline workflow needs into analytics requirements, and deliver actionable dashboards and reporting solutions.  Our BID roles work frequently with Epic analytic ecosystem components such as Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, etc..  This role focuses on reporting solutions and user facing tools such as Radar.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The position centers on bringing Epic and Press Ganey patient experience data together in Microsoft Fabric to produce a connected view of the patient’s journey — survey results and patient feedback alongside the operational and clinical activity behind them.
  • A significant portion of the work is semantic modeling: designing well-governed, performant semantic models in Fabric that make patient experience data trustworthy and self-service ready across the enterprise.
  • Beyond authoring Power BI reports directly, the developer will make those models AI-ready — defining AI data schemas, authoring AI instructions that encode patient experience terminology and business logic, and curating verified answers so that Copilot returns consistent, trusted responses to common questions.
  • The role will also help configure and tune Fabric data agents over patient experience data and support their downstream consumption in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Foundry — establishing the semantic definitions, grounding, and guardrails that make natural-language analytics accurate and reliable.
  • This is a highly customer-facing role requiring strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills through regular meetings, demos, and requirements sessions, rather than a purely backend developer position.
  • The ideal candidate brings strong data modeling and SQL-based analysis skills, comfort working with survey and sentiment data alongside operational data, curiosity about emerging AI-assisted analytics tooling, and the ability to translate results into clear insights and recommendations while independently managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • The Business Intelligence Developer (BID) is responsible for all stages of the business intelligence development lifecycle: understanding the business objective, collecting business requirements and translating them into data requirements, designing and developing reports or dashboards, scheduling and deployment of business intelligence components in accordance with best practices, and completing accurate and timely documentation.
  • Remains current on Epic new version training for all applicable Epic certifications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Epic Certification(s) in Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle -- at least one of these certifications are needed
  • Business Intelligence Developer experience for a healthcare system

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university with major course work in engineering, physics, computer sciences, math, information systems, statistics, or equivalent related experience.
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in clinical, business, or other healthcare operational areas OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • This position requires that the appropriate Epic certification be successfully obtained for a specific area of assigned responsibility within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Working knowledge and subject matter expertise in the assigned operational department areas.
  • Intermediate oral and written communication skills with a diverse population.
  • Intermediate organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Intermediate interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with teams across organizational lines.
  • Creative problem-solver with strong focus on achieving objectives within prescribed timelines while maintaining quality standards and organization requirements.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple initiatives and shift priorities based on business needs
  • Typically works with senior staff, but may coordinate smaller or less complex projects independently.
