Here's the Lowdown
As our Studio Coordinator , you'll work under our Studio Manager and Studio Owners to help keep the studio running smoothly behind the scenes. From prepping projects and organizing supplies to supporting daily operations, you'll play a key role in creating an amazing experience for our staff, students, and families.
This is the perfect position for someone who loves staying organized, enjoys variety, isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed, and takes pride in helping a busy studio operate like a well-oiled machine.
What You'll Do
  • Assist with preparing materials and projects for upcoming classes, camps, workshops, birthday parties, and special events.
  • Organize and maintain studio supplies, inventory, and storage areas.
  • Restock classrooms and prep stations so instructors always have everything they need.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries, organizing inventory, and monitoring supply levels.
  • Complete miscellaneous studio projects and day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
  • Support the Studio Manager with administrative tasks, scheduling support, and special projects.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
  • Occasionally assist during classes, camps, parties, workshops, and special events when extra hands are needed.
  • Help ensure every family has an exceptional Kidcreate experience from the moment they walk through the door.
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills when unexpected situations arise.
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.
  • Take accurate notes and pay close attention to details, including schedules, dates, project instructions, and inventory.
  • Complete detailed prep work, including cutting, tracing, organizing, assembling, and preparing art materials.
  • Be comfortable standing, bending, climbing, lifting, and carrying supplies weighing up to 25 pounds.
