Xfinity Creative is scaling origination within our in-house agency to deliver culturally relevant, strategically sound work aligned to brand and business priorities. 

The Sr. Manager, Creative Strategy role sits in our Entertainment pod, with a focus on sports, entertainment, and partnership-led marketing. You are responsible for turning partnership marketing needs, from our sports partnerships (teams, leagues, and talent) and NBCU collaborations, into inspiring, insight-led creative strategy that makes our brand more salient and relevant to fan audiences.  

This requires deep fluency in sports and fandom ecosystems: understanding how fans engage, what drives cultural relevance, and how partnerships can be activated in ways that feel authentic and ownable to the brand. We are looking for a strategist who combines strong fundamentals with curiosity for new approaches, comfortable experimenting with emerging tools, AI-assisted thinking, and evolving marketing practices to develop fresher, more effective strategic springboards & work. 

Set the creative strategy for partnerships campaigns 

  • Translate sports, entertainment, and partnership opportunities into inspiring creative springboards with a clear problem, insight and brief line. 
  • Apply a deep understanding of fandom, cultural behavior, and partnership ecosystems to briefs and development, to unlock opportunities to show up authentically.  
  • Produce beautifully crafted, persuasive decks that make strategy simple, compelling, and usable. 
  • Present with clarity and confidence to senior stakeholders (VP/SVP) 

Lead early creative development (ideas, not scripts) 

  • Partner with creative teams in early development to shape & nurture ideas. 
  • Collaborate with Comms Strategy to ensure partnership ideas scale across touchpoints. 
  • Guide decision-making through by providing clear a strategic POV + framing for the work. 

Infuse intelligence and protect the brand 

  • Own the learning loop, use effectiveness signals to refine work in-market and feed insights into future briefs so quality compounds. 
  • Ensure all briefs are grounded in real human understanding and category context.

  • Creative briefs provide clear, actionable direction and unlock strong campaign ideas.

  • Campaigns that come to life in authentic ways for sports fandoms, in both traditional and non-traditional ways.

Ideal background 

  • 7 to 10 years in creative or brand strategy within agency or in-house environments. 
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, or partnership advertising. 
  • Strong understanding of fandom and cultural activation. 
  • Strong writing, deck craft, and presentation skills. 
  • Collaborative and comfortable in fast-moving environments. 
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $161,972.61 - $242,958.91

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
